How does EFT work?
Traditional Chinese Medicine understands that energy imbalances in the body are the sources of all diseases or emotional distress. Our life energy travels through meridians all over the body, and some specific points on those meridians, are similar to energy "hotspots".
EFT Tapping involves tapping with the fingertips on 9 of those energy "hotspots", or acupressure points.

Research has now shown that EFT also helps create new brain connections, for long-lasting results.

What can I expect during a session?
During the session, we will talk about what you would like to work on and any goals you have. As for the tapping itself, we will be seated opposite each other, and I will demonstrate the tapping sequence on myself, an you would follow my lead, tapping on points, at the same time bringing forth the uncomfortable emotions you would like to work on.

Can the sessions be online?
Yes, sessions can be face to face, or online via Zoom.

How many sessions do I need?
You may find that you will experience great relief in just one session. This is how efficient EFT Tapping is.
After the first session, we may decide whether more sessions would be beneficial. This varies greatly, and depends on the topic you would like to work on.
